REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Every poster sold on thebitcointhesis.com is made to order and printed on demand specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size or option selection, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right at no cost to you.
To request a free replacement, contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number,
A description of the problem, and
A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or misprinted item (and the packaging, if relevant).
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge. Replacements — not cash refunds — are the standard remedy for quality issues. We may request that you do not discard the original item until your claim is resolved.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, cancellations may only be possible before your order enters production. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately through our contact form. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Non-Delivery
If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. See our Shipping Policy for details.
