Thank you for shopping at thebitcointhesis.com. Our posters are made to order and fulfilled through our global print-on-demand partner, which produces items close to your delivery address whenever possible. Please read the following carefully.
Order Processing and Production
Because each poster is printed on demand, your order first goes into production before it ships. Production (fulfillment) for posters typically takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery time is the sum of production time plus shipping time. Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
Standard / Economy shipping: approximately 2–4 business days for domestic (U.S.) delivery and 4–6 business days for international delivery.
Express shipping: prioritized, expedited delivery where available.
These estimates are provided by our fulfillment and logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Large orders, remote delivery locations, peak seasons, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the selected shipping method, and the item(s) in your order. The total will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
We ship worldwide. For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also add to delivery time. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and, for damage, a clear photo of the item and packaging. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement (see our Refund Policy).
